Young Person Weekend (Ages 18-30, Students & Young Professionals, Co-gendered)
Our programme consists of a weekend workshop hosted just outside of Cape Town on a biodynamic farm called Bloublommetjieskloof in Wellington, followed by 4 bi-weekly half-day group meetings in the Southern Suburbs region of Cape Town. The weekend programme is an intensive introductory journey that provides a descent into The Work on personal, inter-personal and collective levels. This process begins on Friday early-afternoon and concludes on Sunday late-afternoon. Meals, accomodation and other resources reqiured are all provided by the facilitation team. The 4 follow up group workshops provide integration and training to consolidate the experience of the weekend into an approach each person can take forward into their lives on their own.
If you are interested in participating in the weekend and would like to know more about it, please full in the contact form and we will be in touch. Once there is sufficient interest we will organise a pre-weekend meeting for introductions and more information will be shared.

Adolescent Weekend (Ages 12-18, School-going age)
We run programmes specifically for a particular school or other sort of group as well as programmes open to anybody in the high-school age bracket. We offer an initiatory weekend adventure hosted at Bloublommetjieskloof bio-dynamic farm followed by 4 bi-weekly follow up meetings and the possibility of ongoing group meetings. The weekend serves as a threshold experience, inviting teenagers to make the conscious step into their adulthood. This a challenging, yet held, descent into the fires of their own existence with the invitation to let go what no longer serves them and embrace the fullness of their humanity and all that comes with it.
Our programme serves to full the gap left by the absence of initiatory right of passage rituals in our modern society in a way that is responsible, compassionate and inviting of growth. The follow up sessions provide integration and continuity from the weekend as well as the invaluable experience of existing in relationship with a community of peers in a consciously held and guided space. The weekend typically runs from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. All food and accomodation is provided.
Seperate weekend programs are run for boys and girls, however once the work has been introduced there is the possibility for integrated spaces. Non-gender conforming individuals may choose which weekend they would like to attend.
